The program is for architects, designers, builders, restoration professionals, and related design and building practices. HNL reviews applications and confirms approval by email. Trade pricing is available after approval.
Approved members receive 20% off the displayed retail price of eligible standard HNL products. Custom work and project quotations have their own agreed pricing. Trade discounts do not apply to shipping, tax, or gift-card purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts.
When a member's qualifying paid merchandise purchases exceed $5,000 between January 1 and December 31, the member qualifies for 30% off eligible standard products on future orders for the remainder of that calendar year. Qualifying spend is measured after discounts and refunds and excludes shipping, tax, and gift-card purchases.
The order that crosses $5,000 keeps the member's existing rate. The higher rate is not applied retroactively. Exactly $5,000 does not cross the threshold. Qualifying spend resets on January 1; the standard 20% rate applies until the member qualifies again. HNL confirms the change of tier and ordering instructions.
Use the approved practice's purchasing email so HNL can associate purchases with the right account. Contact HNL to connect additional purchasers from your practice. Trade access and discount codes are for the approved practice and may not be shared publicly.
HNL confirms the scope of custom work, proofs, and any project quotation before proceeding. Production and delivery timing are confirmed for the order. Membership does not guarantee expedited production or shipping. HNL's usual order and product terms also apply.
HNL may update the program for future orders and will communicate material changes to members. Orders already accepted retain their agreed pricing.
